A sweet little reminder to pop in a plant pot.

This solid metal plant marker is stamped with “forget me not” and decorated with three tiny flowers. It slides into an illustrated blank card where a message could be written on the back.

There is extra space to write a message on the back of the card before popping into the brown paper envelope and perhaps gifting with a little packet of our poemed forget me not seed packets or a mini plant pot for extra sweetness.
